What Is NOTQIN?

NOTQIN is an integrated industrial intelligence platform for Moroccan textile (and broader industrial) factories. It addresses three urgent pressures on Moroccan manufacturers:

  1. CBAM pressure — EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism penalties from 2027 for exporters
  2. ONEE energy tariffs — Rising energy costs, peak-hour pricing in Morocco
  3. European buyer compliance — H&M, Inditex, Zara require energy efficiency + carbon documentation
