People & Network — Folder Index

What lives here. One file per person who deserves dedicated context — past contacts, expertise, what they know, why they matter to NOTQIN, what we’ve discussed, follow-up state.

Front door. Always start at People Map (the index). This folder holds the detail behind each row.

How to add a new person

  1. Add row to People Map in the appropriate section (team / customer / advisor / academic / vendor / etc.)
  2. Create a file here named <Full Name>.md using the standard type: person frontmatter
  3. Include: role, what they know, what we want, status, dossier of past contact
  4. Wikilink them in any relevant strategic / outreach doc (don’t bury intel in scattered files)

Conventions

  • Frontmatter type: person (for individuals) or type: intel (for source / venue intelligence)
  • audience: set per sensitivity — most internal people are [ai, ot, gtm]; some prospects / advisors are gtm-only; some intel is academic-only (e.g. UM6P CMSI)
  • Body sections: Role · Working files · Required reading (if team) · What we know · What’s unknown · Standing-context notes · See also
  • One person per file. Composite intelligence files (e.g., UM6P CMSI seminar covering multiple people) are the exception, not the rule
